Indulging in a yummy smoothie to boast your low milk supply is one of the smartest and healthiest methods. It helps you to play with your favorite healthy snacks and fruits, providing you with adequate hydration and fuel.
With changing lifestyles and the environment, the cost is generally paid by our body and health. There has been a significant increase in the number of mothers with low milk supply or no supply at all.
It can be frustrating, and one of the biggest challenges for the mothers. One should try to keep calm and avoid stressing over it since it will just worsen the issue.

Lactation smoothies are packed with all good stuff like fibers, proteins, the good fat and contains more than one galactagogues (food items that help to increase the milk supply).
The main ingredients used are beetroot, carrots, almonds, cashew, walnuts oats, berries, kale, spinach, flaxseed, brewer’s yeast, banana, chia seeds and butter (almond or peanut butter).
The leafy green vegetables and brewer’s yeast have phytoestrogen, which helps to improve lactation.
Ingredients:
• 1 large frozen banana
• ½ tablespoon of chia and flax seeds
• ½ cup of yogurt
• ½ cup of oat milk
• Handful of cashews
• 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Place everything in the blender and mix well. Blend everything to a smooth consistency. If you want the consistency to be a little runnier, you can add more of the oat milk.
Ingredients :
• Few ice cubes
• 1 large frozen banana
• ½ cup of rolled oats
• 2 tablespoon of flaxseed
• 2 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast
• 1 cup of almond milk
• Pinch of nutmeg
Place everything in the blender and mix well. Blend everything to a smooth consistency. If you want the consistency to be a little runnier, you can add more of the almond milk.

• ½ cup of Greek yogurt
• 1.5 cups of fresh/frozen mixed berries
• ¼ cup of beetroot
• ½ cup of rolled oats
• 2 tablespoon of flaxseed
• 2 tablespoon of almond/peanut butter
• ½ cup of oat milk
• Add handful of cashews, walnuts and almonds
Place everything in the blender and mix well. Blend everything to a smooth consistency. If you want the consistency to be a little runnier, you can add more of the oat milk.
Ingredients:
• 1 large frozen banana
• Take a small portion of kale and spinach
• ½ cup of beetroot and carrots
• 2 tablespoon of flaxseed
• 2 tablespoon of almond/peanut butter
• 1 cup of oat milk
• 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast
• 1 tablespoon of organic honey
Place everything in the blender and mix well. Blend everything to a smooth consistency. If you want the consistency to be a little runnier, you can add more of the oat milk.
