• Immunosuprressant for autoimmune disorders.

• Lung reduction surgery where small wedges of damage lung parenchyma is removed, recommended in few of patients.

• Lung transplant can be useful in chronic severe cases where lung has undergo permanent damage and shows fibrotic changes.

Prognosis:

It’s a severe form of ILD hence it is progressive in nature and require continuous treatments, therapies and life style modifications to manage their symptoms but the prognosis is poor even with treatment as condition worsens with time.
