Herb Tonic That Help You To Relax and Sleep Better

 

Ashwagandha Magic Portion

Ingredients:

• 250-300 ml of full cream milk (or nut milk/ fat-free milk)

• 1 tbs powder ashwagandha

• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

• ¼ ground clove

• ½ vanilla extract

• ¼ tsp cinnamon

• 1 date crown

• 1 tbs finely chopped almonds

Method

• Heat the milk

• Once it is warm add the ashwagandha along with other mentioned ingredients.

• Let it cook for 5 mins and add the finely chopped almonds.

• Pour the mixture into a mug and enjoy !

Turmeric Latte

Ingredients :

• 250-300 ml of full cream milk (or nut milk/ fat-free milk)

• ¼ tsp ground turmeric

• ¼ grated ginger

• ½ vanilla extract

• ¼ tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp organic honey

• Pinch of ground black pepper

Method

• Heat the milk

• Once it is warm add the turmeric along with other mentioned ingredients.

• Let it cook for 5 mins and remove the ginger with help of spoon.

• Pour the mixture into a mug and enjoy !

Matcha

Ingredients:

• 250 ml of hot or cold milk (coconut milk tastes the best)

• 1 tsp macha powder

• 2 tsp organic honey

• 1 tsp of coconut butter

Method

• Heat the milk

• Once it is warm add all the mentioned ingredients.

• Let it cook for 5 mins.

• Whisk the mixture, pour and enjoy !

Reishi Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

• 250-ml of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

• 1 tbs reishi powder

• 1 tbs cacao powder

• 1 tsp organic honey

• Pinch of sea salt

Method

• Heat the milk

• Once it is warm add all mentioned ingredients together.

• Let it cook for 5 mins.

• Pour the mixture into a mug and enjoy a good relaxed sleep.

Brahmi Buttermilk

Ingredients :

• 250- ml of cold butter milk

• 1 tbs powder brahmi

• ¼ tsp ground cumin

• ¼ ground clove

• ¼ tsp ground black pepper

• 1 tbs organic honey

• Pinch of black salt

Method

• Take a mug

• Add cold buttermilk and mix all the mentioned ingredients together.

• Sip and enjoy all the goodness !
