Ingredients:
• 250-300 ml of full cream milk (or nut milk/ fat-free milk)
• 1 tbs powder ashwagandha
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ ground clove
• ½ vanilla extract

Method
• Heat the milk
• Once it is warm add the ashwagandha along with other mentioned ingredients.
